How to install wooden acoustic panels

The installation method of the wooden sound-absorbing board is actually very simple. The installation method is summarized as close-fitting and two kinds of gun-nail installation. Wooden sound-absorbing board installation:

3. The installation sequence of sound-absorbing panels follows the principles of left-to-right and bottom-up.

4. When the sound-absorbing panel is installed transversely, the notch faces upwards; when installed vertically, the notch is on the right side.

5. Some solid wood sound-absorbing panels have requirements for pattern, and each facade should be installed from small to large in accordance with the pre-programmed number on the sound-absorbing panel. (Numbers of sound-absorbing panels follow from left to right, bottom to top, and numbers from small to large)

Fixation of wooden acoustic panels on the keel:

1. Wooden keel: Fix the sound-absorbing board on the keel with the nails along the mouth of the machine and the board slot. The shot nail must have more than 2/3 embedding wood keel, and the shot screws must be evenly arranged. In terms of density, the number of nails on each acoustic panel and each keel is not less than 10.

2. Light-gauge steel keel: Adopt special mounting accessories. The sound-absorbing panels are installed transversely, with the notches facing up and installed with mounting accessories. Each sound-absorbing panel is connected in turn. The sound-absorbing panel is installed vertically with the notches on the right side, and the same method is used to install from the left. The two sound-absorbing board ends should have a gap of not less than 3mm.

3. When there is an edge-receiving requirement for the sound-absorbing panel, it can be edge-received with the number 580 and the edge is screwed. When the right side and the upper side line are installed, it is set to 1.5mm for lateral expansion and can be sealed with silicone.
