Natcore Black Silicon Battery will be Commercialized in 2012

The National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) of the United States issued an exclusive patent license for the equipment specialist Natcore Technology, which will be able to use the diffusion emitter technology Black Silicon through its Liquid Deposition Technology (LPD). Natcore scientists and NREL researchers have long claimed that the black silicon method can reduce the average reflectance to less than 1.5%. It is said that the most advanced anti-reflective coating can only reduce the average reflectance to nearly 6%. The company plans to commercialize this technology in 2012.

Dr. Dennis Flood, Natcore's chief technology officer, said: "Natcore has the ability to passivate black silicon cells using liquid deposition technology. This technology fills the technological gap of silicon cells and it maximizes the potential of black silicon in the Natcore Blunt. Prior to chemical processing technology, the coated battery needs to be placed in a furnace at 1,000 degrees Celsius to generate a thermal oxide layer."

According to Natcore, its LPD silica coating can be passivated without the need for additional heat treatment, which reduces processing costs and increases battery conversion.

Natcore President and CEO Chuck Provini said: "We are combining NREL's black silicon technology with our LPD and passivation technologies to further optimize the combination process and incorporate these technologies into our AR-Box, available in AR-Box. For all liquid phase processes aimed at mass production of ultra-low reflectivity, high performance silicon solar cells."

The NREL black silicon technology is different from the SiOnyx black silicon surface texturing technology. Please pay attention. (Translation: Erin)

Dicyandiamide.Guanidine hydrochloride.Aminoguanidine Hydrochloride can be used as a pharmaceutical intermediate or as a raw material.Dicyandiamide For Epoxy Resin. Used as a curing agent

Aminoguanidine hydrochloride may be employed as nitric oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitor to investigate its effect on the reduction of alveolar bone loss in ligature induced periodontitis in rats. It may be used in the synthesis of 5-guanylhydrazone derivatives, having antibacterial activity against antibacterial activity against both Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
