The special chemical fire station at the chemical park used mobile guns and high-spraying vehicles to cool and cool the on-fire device to prevent the disaster from spreading. Dilute the gas at the site and use the water gun at the plant site to drain the water and cool the neighboring devices. Upon arrival at the site, the full-service command post immediately set up an on-site command center to take over the command, entered the DCS control center, and convened the technical personnel of the plant to obtain the floor plan of the plant, the production process flow chart, and the trend map for the discharge of pollutants. With the arrival of reinforcements and social power, more and more special vehicles and equipment were put into fire fighting and rescue operations. The remote water supply system began to lay water supply pipelines, fire-fighting robots entered the installation area to protect the solvent vapor towers, chemical decontamination vehicles established decontamination stations at the safety exits, and all social linkage units also performed their duties, from traffic, weather, and water supply. Various aspects of power supply provide protection for fire fighting and rescue. After the formation of the surrounding area in the installation area, the headquarters decided to adopt the closed-valve breaking process, the high-expansion foam covering the open channel and the nitrogen injection process according to the site conditions and DCS monitoring.

The situation in the fire field is changing rapidly. As the nitrogen in the plant area is used up, the inertization of nitrogen is ineffective, the reaction of the oxidation reaction device is intensified, the temperature and pressure rise sharply, and there is a risk of explosion. The on-site command promptly issued an evacuation order. At one time, the on-site alarm was loud and the alarm sounded loud and clear. All the combatants quickly evacuated to a safe area and adopted a prone position to protect their safety. On-site lifting of high vehicles, mobile foam guns, mobile water cannons and factory fixed guns continue to cool the device. After the investigation team determined that the pressure in the installation area was stable and there was no danger of explosion, the on-site command decisively ordered that all officers and soldiers return to the position and continue fighting. The headquarters of the Corps Headquarters, Suining, Guang'an, and Dazhou Detachment Chemical Disposal Team also arrived at the scene one after another and put into battle. At the same time, the nitrogen tanker arrived at the scene and began to inject nitrogen into the oxidation reaction device to inactivate the reaction to suppress the reaction. The on-site headquarters combined with DCS control center data analysis, the pressure and temperature of the ignition device gradually reached the normal range, and the timing of fire extinguishing was ripe. The headquarters decided to extinguish the open flame and implement plugging. With the order of the headquarters, all the participating forces launched a total attack on the fire apparatus, and the open fire in the installation area was successfully extinguished. In order to prevent re-ignition, the officers and men continued to cool the water. At this point, the entire exercise ended.
