Abrasives Standards Committee: Notice on the convening of the draft standard discussion

Relevant standard drafting working group:
According to the 2016 work plan of the Standards Committee, in order to ensure the quality and level of drafting of standards, the 2016 standard revision and revision tasks will be completed on time. The study will be held in Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province from April 20 to 23, 2016. . The meeting matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the meeting content
The Standard Drafting Working Group focuses on discussing, reviewing and revising draft standards and related materials to form a standard exposure draft.

Second, the participants and requirements
According to the standard of the Secretariat's forwarding plan, the standard drafting working group is reported by each unit (see Appendix 1 for each list). Please arrange the work in advance. Please attend the meeting on time. It must not be replaced by others. If there is a special reason that cannot be met, the agent must be appointed to attend the meeting, otherwise the standard drafter qualification will be cancelled.
In order to facilitate discussion at the meeting, the standard lead unit will send the electronic version of the draft standard (or working group discussion draft) and preparation instructions to other units of the working group before April 15 and send a copy to the secretariat.

Reported all day on April 19, from 20th to 23rd.

Participants who are not very convenient to traffic in Zaozhuang can transit through Xuzhou and other places. Xuzhou to Zaozhuang has many trains throughout the day, including Xuzhou Station to Zaozhuang West Station for about 1 hour, and Xuzhou East Station to Zaozhuang Station for 18 minutes.

V. Meeting fees
At this meeting, each person will receive a conference fee of 3,300 yuan (3,900 yuan per person), and the accommodation and accommodation will be arranged in a unified manner.

Six other matters
1. In order to facilitate the arrangement of the conference, participants should fill in the “Receipt of Receipt” (see Attachment 2) as soon as possible after receiving this notice. Be sure to fax or send an email to the Secretariat of the Standards Committee before April 10.
2. Please take the lead unit participants to bring their own laptops to modify the materials, and prepare the corresponding number of paper materials (one for each team member).
3. The meeting is expected to end at 14:00 on the 23rd. It is recommended that participants participate in the return ticket in advance.
