Because businesses often misinterpret standard meanings, consumers can easily be cheated.
From the standpoint of wood stability, the smaller the floor size, the better the deformation resistance; the water content of the solid wood floor is an important factor directly related to the floor deformation, and the moisture content of the floor should be 7% to the local area.
Second, steal the column to fool consumers
Case: Recently, consumers Luomou purchase solid wood flooring, dealers delivered to your door. However, after opening the package, it was found that the product was very different from the order. Luo and the dealer negotiated a failed return and complained to the consumer association. After mediation by the Consumers Association and the industry and commerce departments, the distributors eventually returned to the consumer 21,000 yuan purchase price.
Consumers Association reminded: "The Consumer Law" stipulates that if an operator indicates the quality of a commodity with a physical sample, he shall ensure that the actual quality of the goods provided by him is consistent with the stated quality.
After ordering the floor, the consumer should pick up the goods within the shortest possible time. To prevent the operators from being out of stock, use the floors of different specifications, grades, and colors to jam. After delivery, be sure to check the goods on the spot and pay attention to the color label on the floor package. It should also be required to indicate the grade, color number, area, etc. on the invoice.
Third, slight color difference can not be avoided
Case: A few days ago, when Ms. Guo purchased solid wood flooring, the dealer had purchased a few bags of floorboards because of insufficient stock in the warehouse at the time. At present, there is no standard for the color difference of solid wood flooring, but solid wood flooring is divided into three grades: excellent products, first-class products and qualified products. The higher the grade, the smaller the color difference.
The solid wood paint flooring currently on the market is strictly speaking, there are few natural colors, and the general manufacturers often slightly modify the color from the perspective of reducing the color difference.
