Requirements: nitriding treatment hardness of 600HV0.1 or more

Heat treatment equipment: RQ-90 type pit furnace

The temperature of the furnace rises to 565 degrees, and the exhaust gas is heated to ignite the exhaust gas, otherwise the ammonia gas is very smoked. Probably the ammonia volume is 2.0 cubic meters / hour, the amount of methanol is 60 drops / min, after the average temperature for 2 hours, the vent hole is closed, the pressure starts to nitrocarburizing, the pressure is 50-100mm water column, can be measured with a bubble bottle The ammonia decomposition rate is controlled at 50-60%. I am used to it, and by experience, I rarely test it. After 3-4 hours of co-infiltration, the furnace was discharged and directly oil-cooled.

After the oil is cold, the color is black. I have measured the highest hardness of 800HV0.1. The furnace of soft nitriding should be measured frequently. The furnace temperature should not be too large, otherwise the hardness can't be done.

Case 2: Product Name: Second and third gear fork

Material: 60

Requirements: quenching and tempering treatment 25-30HRC

Heat treatment equipment: RCWF-120 mesh belt furnace

Process: Methanol 5ml / min atmosphere protection, 1 zone 710 2 zone 810 3 zone 820 4 zone 830 5 zone 840 ° C, speed 80 minutes or so, 60-80 degrees oil-cooled, after cleaning, 1 zone 400 2 zone 590 3 zone 610 °C tempered 90 points.

Divided into 2 rows and placed on the mesh belt. The methanol is small, the fire is not visible at the door of the furnace. The protection is too good. The scale produced after forging is difficult to throw away.

After quenching, the hoist has a hardness of 45-50HRC after quenching.

Tempered

After measuring the hardness after tempering, the hardness is lower, the processing is high, the hole is too difficult to drill.

Case 3: Product Name: Fork

Material: ZG310-570

Requirements: quenching and tempering treatment 25-30HRC

Heat treatment equipment: RCWF-120 mesh belt furnace

Process: methanol 10ml / min atmosphere protection, 1 zone 720 2 zone 820 3 zone 830 4 zone 840 5 zone 850 ° C, speed 80 minutes or so, 60-80 degrees oil-cooled, after cleaning, 1 zone 340 ± 20 2 zone 520 ± 20 3 area 540 ± 20 ° C tempered 90 points.

Put the fork neatly on the mesh belt. Today, this material is similar to 45 steel in steel casting. All the above are forged parts. The casting is shot blasting, the atmosphere should be protected, and it should not be oxidized. Otherwise, the hardness after quenching is not uniform. The material composition of the casting is not uniform.

After quenching the hoist, the oil seems to have deteriorated or has more impurities. The product is darker than before, and adding 1 barrel of dispersant has no effect.

Test the hardness after quenching, generally at 40-50HRC

After tempering, the color should be the same after high temperature tempering.

After measuring the hardness after tempering, adjusting the tempering temperature, the casting hardness deviation is large, and the tempering temperature is 540±20 degrees. The audited teacher questioned the basis or national standard for this tolerance formulation. It is considered that ±10 degrees is controllable.
