Laminate flooring should be durable and require 17 physical and chemical properties such as surface abrasion resistance, density, static bending strength, and moisture content. When consumers buy flooring, they must understand each indicator very clearly and more difficultly. The experts of the warp and floor experts ask consumers to focus on the following three standards so that they can avoid detours and easily purchase and use the floor. .

Surface abrasion: The higher the abrasion resistance level, the less likely the floor will scratch the surface and the longer the service life. The surface of the laminate flooring is a layer of aluminum oxide wear-resisting layer that cannot be repaired once it is destroyed, and the floor is also declared obsolete. The quality of the wear layer is not measured in terms of thickness, but is determined by the content and purity of aluminum oxide per square meter. The national standard stipulates that the level of wear of households using floors must be AC3 (more than or equal to 6,000 rpm), and public places must use AC4 (more than or equal to 9,000 rpm). Therefore, when purchasing laminate flooring, do not overlook the level of wear on the floor surface due to price factors.

Formaldehyde release limit: According to the national standard 18580-2001, the formaldehyde release limit of laminate flooring must reach E1 level, that is, the formaldehyde emission is less than or equal to 1.5mg/L (dryer method). This is the most basic requirement and products that meet this standard can be safely used in an indoor environment. At present, the international adoption is a higher environmental protection standard E0, that is, formaldehyde emission is less than or equal to 0.5mg/L. At present, the health floor has become the mainstream of consumption.

Installation standards: Three points seven floors installed. In the past, there were no specific regulations for floor installation. The epoxy is used to protect the magnet surface from industrial solvent and automotive fluids. The normal applications of the magnets range from -40℃ to 150℃.
