4 When water-based paint is used as a base, it must be allowed to dry thoroughly before applying oil paints such as PU and NC.
When water-based paint is used as a base, water-based paint cannot be used as a surface. Due to the difficulty of water-based paints adhering to the surface of the oil-based paint film, it will eventually lead to poor adhesion and coating defects such as separation.
