Medical protective clothing standard

Surface moisture resistance

The level of water on the outside of the protective suit shall not be lower than the requirements of Grade 3 of GB/T 4745-1997.

Breaking strength

The breaking strength of the protective clothing sample should not be less than 45N.

Elongation at break

The elongation at break of the protective clothing sample is not less than 30%.

Filtration efficiency

The protective clothing has a filtration efficiency of not less than 70% for non-oily particles.

Flame retardant performance

Protective clothing with flame retardant properties shall comply with the requirements of Class B2 of GB 17591-1998.

Antistatic

The charge of the protective suit should be no more than 0.6uC.

Skin irritation

Protective clothing materials should be free of skin irritation

Microbial indicator

Protective clothing should meet the requirements of microbial indicators in GB 15979-2002, see Table 1. Protective clothing marked “sterilized” or “sterile” on the packaging shall be sterile.
