If a company has a vicious environmental incident and significant quality accident during the acquisition of green building materials, the competent department will order the green building material evaluation agency to cancel its green logo and may not apply again within two years and publish it through the information release platform to the public. This is a “hard clause” prescribed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently issued “Administrative Measures for the Evaluation of Green Building Materials Markers” (hereinafter referred to as the “Measures”). This means that China's building materials industry does not engage in "lifetime" for green standards.

Green building materials, also known as ecological building materials, environmental protection building materials, and healthy building materials, refer to healthy, environmentally friendly, and safe building materials, and are also known internationally as "healthy building materials" or "environmental building materials." Green building materials do not refer to individual building materials products, but rather to the evaluation of the “health, environmental protection, and safety” properties of building materials.

The green building materials evaluation mark stipulated in the Measures has three levels: one-star, two-star and three-star. The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology are in charge of three-stars nationwide. The evaluation and logo management of green building materials; the provincial-level housing and urban-rural development, industry and information management departments are responsible for the management of one-star and two-star green building evaluation labels within the region. It is understood that the first batch of building materials that have been awarded the Green Standard will include energy-saving glass, ceramic thin brick, floor building materials, high-performance concrete, green chemical building materials, green wall materials, exterior wall insulation materials, water-saving sanitary ware, parts and components, mortar concrete And other major products. The green building materials are valid for 3 years and cannot be transferred, forged or counterfeited. The industry believes that the strict definition of the green standard can basically eliminate the “false green” commercial speculation and help promote the use of genuine green building materials in the market.

The current green building materials market is extremely unregulated. It is understood that some manufacturers often use the banner of “green”, “environmental protection” and “energy saving” to fool consumers. Moreover, many building materials products only have green building materials on the one hand, they declare that they are "green building materials." The "Measures" stipulates that in the future, all the "green building materials logos or certificates" produced by the companies themselves will be invalid, and consumers and the market may not agree.

The green building materials market will face great opportunities for development. At present, the country is making great efforts to develop green buildings, both in terms of policy and funding. Green building is inseparable from green building materials. And because of this, the certification of green building materials is extremely important. The new regulations will effectively regulate the industry and promote the vigorous development of green building materials.

4. Cobalt sulfate: usually cobalt oxide as raw material, dissolved in sulfuric acid after evaporation crystallization of pink cobalt sulfate crystals, the main reaction is as follows: CoO + H2SO4 == CoSO4 + H2O

5. Cobalt carbonate: It can usually be obtained by precipitation with sodium carbonate solution in cobalt chloride solution or cobalt sulfate solution. The main reactions are as follows:

CoCl2 + Na2CO3 == CoCO3 + 2NaCl

6. Cobalt oxalate: It can usually be precipitated with ammonium oxalate solution in cobalt chloride solution or cobalt sulfate solution. The main reactions are as follows:

(NH4) 2C2O4 + CoCl2 == CoC2O4 + 2NH4Cl

7. Oxidation of high cobalt: cobalt carbonate or cobalt oxalate can usually be heated in oxygen, further oxidation obtained, the main reaction is as follows:
