How to repair YC rubber cable damaged
First, equipment: Small-scale pressure equipment with automatic temperature control, timing and multi-size tubular cavity.
Second, the rubber material: consistent with the wire of the wire, and the glue content is higher than the material, the vulcanization system is slightly stronger.
Third, the operation method:
1. Set the temperature and time according to the curing system of rubber
2, with a rubber ink thinner to wash the repair site, especially the joint to be fully processed.
3, according to the size of the gap to cut the amount of repair rubber, pay attention to not too much or too little,
4. Put the cut plastic material in the gap, and pay attention to that the rubber material should not be higher than the circumferential surface of the wire.
5, wrapped with high temperature PP tape. And put it in a tubular mold cavity slightly smaller than the wire diameter, and lock the upper and lower molds, so that the position to be filled with a certain pressure. Note that the cavity diameter is slightly smaller than the wire diameter by 0.1~0.2mm.
6, until the vulcanization time is reached, remove the product, if there is a small amount of rubber spills, use a sharp blade to complete, and dilute with a diluent.
Fourth, verification method:
Press the appropriate amount of air into the filled wire and place it in water.
R141B,Dichlorofluoroethane (HCFC- R-141b) is a nontoxic and colorless
chemical with small ODP value and excellent chemical stability. Since its
physical and chemical properties are similar to those of CFC-11 and CFC-113, it
can substitute refrigerant R-11 as foaming agent for rigid or soft PU foam
without changing process and equipment, or CFC-113 as metal cleaner and solder-
remover as well. Refrigerant R-141b has following characteristics:
1. Chemical Stability: It can be
stored at room temperature without decomposition.
2. Dissolvability: It can dissolve in
most organic solvents, alcohol and ether. It has excellent compatibility with
grease and lubricant, and no obvious effects on most polymers including
plastics and rubbers.
3. Toxicity: The toxicity trials
conducted by Allied Signal and Atochem indicate that it has no irritant effect
on hum an skin and eyes, but inhalation of high-concentrated refrigerant R-141b
will cause anaesthetic effect.
4. Flammability: HCFC-141b is
inflammable, it should be stored in ventilated place without flame.
