Due to the increase in the number of alternative raw materials added in the feed in recent years, combined with the cold weather in the north and the long pipeline, the quenching and tempering The time is too short, the quenching and tempering temperature is low, and the quenching effect is difficult to guarantee. Therefore, the tempering machine selected for the granulator of the northern feed mill should be selected to strengthen the tempering temperature and time of the pulverized feed to ensure the quality of the pellet feed.

Mold roll gap: The clearance should be guaranteed to be 0.05~0.3nm, that is, the ring can rotate just when the ring mold rotates. When the gap is large, the ability of the wedge-shaped space between the die rolls to break into the feed is reduced, and the pressing force of the die roll on the feed is reduced. When the pressure is less than the frictional resistance of the inner wall of the die hole to the feed, the granulator will block the machine, affecting Particle quality.
Generally, when replacing the ring die and the pressure roller, it is best to replace and replace; in normal production, the die roll gap should be adjusted before each shift; when using the old ring die and the pressure roller, it should be polished to ensure the surface is flat.
Pressure loss of the pressure roller: When checking the granulation, if it is found that the pressure roller is not working properly, it should be replaced in time. Under normal circumstances, when the pressure roller bearing is damaged, the pressure roller cannot rotate normally. Otherwise, the machine will be blocked. Affect the particle quality.
Mold hole diameter and feed cone: in the case of the thickness of the ring mold. When the diameter of the die hole is reduced, the strength of the feed pellet is increased, the particle shape is neat, the hardness and density are increased, and the chalking rate is lowered. Feed pellets with a die hole of Φ2~Φ3 are beneficial for the feeding of suckling pigs and chicks. Of course, the reduction in the diameter of the ring mold inevitably leads to a decrease in production efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to combine the above factors to make a reasonable choice.
In addition, if the feed cone of the ring die has been severely worn, the granulation production yield and particle quality will decrease. Because, at this time, the amount of steam added to the feed is limited (the amount of steam is large, it will block the machine), so that the feed conditioning temperature is lowered. Therefore, if the ring mold is still available, the feed cone of the ring mold should be processed in time to ensure the yield and particle quality.
4 Cooling and affect
