Mold roll gap: The clearance should be guaranteed to be 0.05~0.3nm, that is, the ring can rotate just when the ring mold rotates. When the gap is large, the ability of the wedge-shaped space between the die rolls to break into the feed is reduced, and the pressing force of the die roll on the feed is reduced. When the pressure is less than the frictional resistance of the inner wall of the die hole to the feed, the granulator will block the machine, affecting Particle quality.
Generally, when replacing the ring die and the pressure roller, it is best to replace and replace; in normal production, the die roll gap should be adjusted before each shift; when using the old ring die and the pressure roller, it should be polished to ensure the surface is flat.
Pressure loss of the pressure roller: When checking the granulation, if it is found that the pressure roller is not working properly, it should be replaced in time. Under normal circumstances, when the pressure roller bearing is damaged, the pressure roller cannot rotate normally. Otherwise, the machine will be blocked. Affect the particle quality.

4 Cooling andaffect
