At that time, the purchase was from our original customer's company to a German-owned company, still looking for us to purchase screws. Once, he purchased a grounding screw with us. The required material is 316Ti. This material is more expensive than stainless steel 316. Ti is added to stainless steel 316. The client is doing construction and his products are used in a client project in Dubai, Middle East. We found a Qingdao supplier online and felt that the supplier was quite real. He gave us a sample, the package was sent very well, and we quickly confirmed that we had cooperated with him. At that time, the total price of this list was 60,000 yuan. We purchased about 40,000 yuan and paid a deposit of more than 10,000 yuan to the supplier.

At that time, we didn't have the kind of inspection ability. The supplier sent the goods. We saw that the goods were very beautiful, packed, and then shipped to customers. The customer has not sent it yet, and the result is found in the warehouse. The foot screw is rusty! At that time, their bosses were alarmed, the goods could not be sent, and the delivery was delayed. For this matter, the German boss flew to Dubai, flew to Germany, and flew to China. Unfortunately, the financial crisis in Dubai was serious in 2009, and then the building of Dubai cancelled the project. If the quality of our screw is no problem, he wants to cancel the order, it is to compensate others. German bosses ran around, and the light ticket cost more than 20,000.

Not long after, we received a claim letter in the fax, 28,000 euros (equivalent to 280,000 yuan), the whole company was fainted. We rushed to call the supplier in Qingdao. The Qingdao supplier heard it, and then it didn't answer the phone. The person disappeared. There is still some money left, and he doesn't want it.

We later took this screw to the test and found that the material is stainless steel 304, and the material in 304 is very bad, the content of Ni is very low! Stealing materials is a very serious mistake, this is commercial fraud! In fact, the supplier was also deceived by others. He didn't know when he bought the materials. He looked for a supplier of materials, and he ignored him. Then he didn't pick up our phone.

We can only face it ourselves, but also pay attention to integrity! The ugly wife sees her in-laws sooner or later! Then I wrote an email to the customer to admit the mistake, telling the situation to the other party, we really did not know. We have default regulations in the fastener industry. I didn't expect the Germans to be very satisfied with our performance. We still have to continue to do business with us. Later, the purchase left the company, other purchases still look for us to buy goods, it can be seen that the Germans really impressed us, but we dare not do it, the risk is too great.

In the future, we will use more accurate and faster testing equipment to help us improve the efficiency of testing. At this time, our business will be more confident in receiving orders!
