Diaphragm pump repair is different from other types of pumps
1. Check the pump valve should pay attention to whether the sealing ring is aging deformation, whether the spring elastic force is seriously reduced, whether the valve port and the valve core are worn or corroded, etc. The valve end surface should be flat with the pump body flange surface when installing;
2. When the diaphragm pump diaphragm is replaced, the disassembly and assembly pump head should be lifted in advance to prevent falling damage;
3. When the diaphragm pump adjustment mechanism is disassembled, the stroke length position (stroke length is 5mm) should be calibrated. Remove the scale holder and slide the scale ring into the calibration position. The stroke length should be exactly the same as the scale.
4. When disassembling the diaphragm pump piston, use a special pointed tool to take out the packing ring from its slot, taking care not to damage the ring groove;
5. The worm and worm gear should be inspected and the teeth should be intact. There should be no cracks or broken teeth to check the meshing contact.
