I. Introduction

The duty mode of the fire brigade is 24 hours a day, 365 days . The man sneaked into the XX Fire Squadron's garage and stole the entire set of fire fighting suits, combat boots, and helmets. A few days later the man wore a full set of fire-retardant pants and shoes and was found by other fire squadron officers to recover the equipment.

4. Casualties: None

5 , summary:

If security maintenance on duty sentry posts is not implemented, it may result in shortage of equipment for fire fighting and rescue equipment, which will affect the fire fighting and rescue, and subsequent derivative problems must not be ignored.

Case 2

1, time of occurrence: December 15, 2001.

2 , place of occurrence: XX fire squadron.

3 , site profile:

At about 3 am, the on-duty team members heard a loud bang and the fire immediately burned. The on-duty fighters immediately pressed the bell. The 12 staff members who were sleeping on the 2nd floor were awakened by the alarm bells and smoke and then fled. When one climbed the pole and escaped, the hand was accidentally scratched by the broken glass. Fortunately, it was not a problem. The office building was burnt beyond recognition, and the equipment room was also torched. The preliminary identification of the fire point by the forensic staff was a storage room at the rear of the office building. The underground firecrackers and fireworks items seized had been accidentally exploded and caught fire.

5 , summary:

(1) The squadron should pay attention to the safety management of the camp area, and often check possible risk factors and exclude them to prevent accidental injury. If temporary storage of illegal firecracker fireworks items should be destroyed as soon as possible or moved to an appropriate place for temporary storage, it is not appropriate to place a large number of dangerous firecracker fireworks items in the squadron camp area for a long time.

(2) On- duty personnel should supervise the monitoring equipment at any time, increase alertness and pay attention to various sudden conditions of the squadron, and immediately ring the alarm bell or turn on the radio to inform other fighters to assist in handling emergencies.

Case three

1, time of occurrence: May 8, 2012.

2 , place of occurrence: XX fire brigade.

3 , site profile:

The meeting room on the 3rd floor was suddenly in danger of fire. The director of the command center rushed to extinguish the fire and did not forget to inform the command center on the 6th floor that the XX Squadron and the nearby squadron were dispatched to save the fire. The fire was extinguished in 3 minutes. Although the burning area was only 30 square centimeters, it was strong. Smoked black and a lot of watering, but ruined the entire conference room, the initial investigation suspected that the wire caught fire.

4. Casualties: None

5 , summary:

(1) The large squadron should pay attention to the safety management of the camp, and often check the possible risk factors and exclude them to prevent accidental injury. Wires should be checked and replaced regularly to prevent accidental fires.

(2) On- duty personnel or personnel in the camp shall raise their vigilance to take note of various unexpected conditions in the camp, and immediately notify other fighters to assist in handling emergencies.
