1. The underlying code is used to indicate the inner diameter, diameter series, width series and type of the bearing; usually up to five digits; first described as follows:
1) The inner diameter of the bearing is marked with the root code from the right and the H digit indicates that the inner diameter of the bearing with a common inner diameter d=20-480mm is usually a multiple of 5; these two digits indicate the quotient of the bearing inner diameter scale divided by 5; 04 indicates d=20mm, 12 indicates d=60mm, etc. For bearings with inner diameters of 10mm, 12mm, 15mm and 17mm; the inner diameter code is sequentially 00, 01, 02 and 03. For bearings with inner diameter less than 10mm and greater than 500mm; inner diameter Indicate the method and rules; see GB/T272 93.
2) The diameter series of the bearing (ie the series of bearings with the same layout and the same inner diameter in terms of outer diameter and width) is indicated by the third digit from the right code to the right. For example; about the radial bearing and the radial thrust bearing; 0, 1 Indicates the ultra-light series, 2 indicates the light series, 3 indicates the middle series, 4 indicates the heavy series. The thrust bearing except the 1 indicates the extra-light series; the other is common with the indication of the radial bearing.
3) The width series of the bearing (that is, the series of bearing width changes in the layout, inner diameter and diameter series) is indicated by the fourth digit from the right code to the right. When the width series diameter series is listed as 0 series (normal series) For the majority of bearings in the code can not mark the width series code O; but for spherical roller bearings and tapered roller bearings; width series code 0 should be marked.
Diameter series code and width series code are collectively referred to as scale series code.
4) The bearing type code is indicated by the fifth digit from the right of the radical code (for cylindrical roller bearings and needle bearings, etc.). The post code of the rear code bearing is to indicate the layout of the bearing, the special requirements of the public service and the data by letters and numbers, etc. The content of the post code is many; the following commonly used code numbers are analyzed.
1) The internal layout code indicates the different internal layout of the same type of bearing; the letter is followed by the root code. For example, the angular touch ball bearings with the touch angles of 15°, 25° and 40° are respectively C, AC and B. Indicates that the internal layout is different.
2) The public service level of the bearing is divided into 2, 4, 5, 6, 6X and 0; a total of 6 levels; sequentially from high to primary; the codes are /PZ, /P4'/ PS, /P6, /P6X and /PO. in the public service level; 6X is only applicable to tapered roller bearings, 0 is general; not marked in the bearing code.
3) Commonly used radial clearance series of bearings are divided into 1 group, 2 groups, 0 groups, 3 groups, 4 groups and 5 groups; a total of 6 groups; radial clearances from small to large. Gap is a commonly used clearance group; it is not marked in the bearing code; other clearance groups are indicated by /CI, /CZ, /C3, /C4, /CS in the bearing code. The front code of the front bearing is used to indicate the sub-parts of the bearing; it is indicated by letters. If L is used to indicate the separable ferrule of the separable bearing, K indicates the rolling element and cage assembly of the bearing.
There are many types of rolling bearings used in practice; the corresponding bearing codes are also more complicated. The code of the above analysis is the most fundamental and most commonly used ones in the bearing code; knowing some of these codes; you can identify and select commonly used bearings.
