3. After the liquid level gauge is installed, it needs to be calibrated with magnetic steel to guide the column once to make the red below the zero position and white above the zero position.
4. When the liquid level meter is put into operation, the lower liquid guiding tube valve should be opened first to allow the liquid medium to smoothly enter the main body tube, so as to avoid the liquid medium carrying the floating ball assembly to rise rapidly, which causes the turning column to fail and turn over. If this happens, the magnetic steel can be recalibrated after the liquid level is stable.
5. In order to prevent damage to the float assembly during transportation, the float assembly is taken out of the main body tube of the liquid level gauge before leaving the factory. After the magnetic flap level gauge is installed, open the bottom drain flange and then float the ball. Reassemble the component into the body tube. Note that the heavy part of the float assembly is facing up and cannot be flipped.
