Lan Aluminum successfully passed the special verification of AC power consumption of electrolytic aluminum monitoring center

On June 2nd, an inspection team composed of relevant experts from the Gansu Provincial Energy Conservation Supervision Center and related personnel from the Lanzhou City Industrial and Information Technology Committee came to our company to carry out a one-day special inspection of the company's electrolytic aluminum AC power consumption. Through verification, the expert group believed that the company’s electrolytic aluminum exchange power consumption was in compliance with government regulations and there was no rectification requirement, and the company unanimously agreed to pass the verification.

It is understood that the special verification of electrolytic aluminum AC power consumption is aimed at giving full play to the important role of energy conservation monitoring in promoting industrial energy conservation and green development, continuing to improve the energy management level of industrial enterprises and energy efficiency, and deeply implementing the national energy conservation regulations. Mandatory energy consumption quota standards and major policies, coordinate the promotion of key industries, key areas to carry out energy conservation work in accordance with the law, create a fair market environment, and focus on energy conservation supervision of key energy-using enterprises and key energy-using equipment. As one of the key energy-using units in the Gansu Enterprise, the company accepted the verification, and in accordance with the requirements of the relevant regulations of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, conducted special supervision on electrolytic aluminum enterprises in implementing the ladder price policy.

During the verification process, the Group of Experts complied with the notification requirements of the “National Key Work Plan for Industrial Energy Conservation Supervision in 2016” issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The company’s monthly energy report, the original copy meter base, the electric energy meter verification plan, the electric energy meter verification certificate, and the energy structure Figure, energy instrument summary ledgers and other strict inspections. After the inspection was completed, the expert group informed the verification and agreed that the AC power consumption of our company's electrolytic aluminum was less than 13,700 kWh. It met the relevant requirements of the government, and the relevant data for the preparation were complete. All data was complete and effective, and it was able to withstand the traceability check and on the spot. Announced no rectification requirements and agreed to pass the verification.

Through the verification work of the Gansu Provincial Energy Conservation Monitoring Center, it shows that the company has achieved good results in controlling power consumption indicators, which is of great significance to further promote the company's energy saving and consumption reduction work.
