Abstract: In this experiment, 225 Avian broiler chickens of 1 day old were randomly divided into 5 groups, which were basal diet group, Chinese herbal medicine 0.09%, 0.12%, 0.15% added level group, bacitracin zinc group, each group set 3 Repeatedly, each chicken was repeated for 42 days. The experiment used the basal diet group and the bacitracin zinc group as the control to study the effect of the compound Chinese herbal medicine additive on the performance of broiler chickens and the feasibility of replacing the antibiotics. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the average body weight, daily gain, feed intake, feed-to-meat ratio and dead-shoot rate between the Chinese herbal medicine group and the basal diet group (P>0.05). Outside the basal diet group, other indicators were superior to the basal diet group, with the best effect at 0.12%; the Chinese herbal medicine group had no significant difference in performance index compared with the bacitracin zinc group (P>0.05).
