China Aluminum Henan Branch Desiliconization Technology Leading Domestic

In the alumina plant of Chinalco Henan Branch, the medium-pressure steam consumption of desiliconization per cubic meter of raw liquid continuously decreased from the original 150 kg to 65.067 kg, thus maintaining the leading position in the domestic silicon desiliconization technology in the same industry. In recent years, alumina company No. 1 of Chinalco's Henan Branch has been focusing on the problem of high steam consumption in the desiliconization section, relying on scientific and technological progress, and continuing to improve the process and technology. They successively changed “three groups of continuous heating and continuous desilication” step by step to “a group of indirect heating + two groups of direct heating continuous desiliconization” “two groups of indirect heating continuous desilication” “a group of indirect heating + two groups of atmospheric pressure off silicon". With the transformation of the process, the steam consumption per cubic meter of raw liquid was also reduced from the original 150 kg to 110 kg, 95 kg, 70 kg, and 65.067 kg.
